Lid Dispenser

Brief

Yeo Valley Family Farm Manufactures delicious Yoghurt as well as a host of other Dairy products like Ice cream, milk, butter, cream & compotes. We were delighted to be approached by them to design a new Lid dispensing system for their Yoghurt Filling Line. The existing system had inherent health & Safety Issue’s as well as being difficult to load and maintain.

Outcome

We had a detailed scope and worked closely with their Engineering Team to come up with the right solution. Utilising 3D Solidworks Design Software we were able to create a sophisticated 3D model which gave their Engineer’s plain sight of what the finished Assembly would look like.

The end results were - reduced Maintenance issues, improved fine adjustments where needed, a more efficient operation with greatly reduced picking errors, customer Technical Folder provided, and reduced operation cost significantly by 1 operator.
