Our capacity includes CNC Fixed Turret Lathes & Rotary Turret Lathes; with up to 2000mm between centres & 100mm spindle bore. Our Turning Centres with Y axis 300mm x 700mm also have milling capabilities, eliminating secondary setups, and resulting in: improved accuracy & quality, reduced production costs, reduced lead times, CNC Turning Ø320 x 2000mm long, CNC Turning Ø360 x 1000mm long, billet Turning up to Ø600mm.
We undertake CNC Turning work across all materials including: Plastics, Composites, and most Metals including Exotics, Titanium, and Inconel.
Berry & Escott's CNC Milling Department is equipped with the latest high-speed machines, enabling us to deliver superior quality at a highly competitive price.
Our inventory includes CNC Vertical Machining Centres and CNC Bedmills with the following capacities: 3 axis CNC Milling (600mm x 1000mm), 4 axis CNC Milling.
The installation of the state-of-the-art 4th axis has significantly boosted our production capabilities, as this high end model significantly reduces production times and yields highly accurate results.

In addition to the CMM, we have invested in a 7 Axis measuring arm meaning we
can now measure complex parts without the need of removing it from the machine.
