We’re really pleased to see Harry Chinn achieve Chartered Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute, a well-earned recognition.
Harry is quiet, very intelligent, unassuming, and always willing to help. He’s not someone who looks for attention, and he genuinely cares about getting the right outcome for the client and will go the extra mile to make sure they’re happy.
What makes this achievement even more impressive is that Harry has done it off his own back, a reflection of his own standards and drive to keep improving.
At Berry & Escott, we place real value on development. As a business of 65 people with 14 apprentices, and ongoing investment in training across the team, it’s something we take seriously, not as a sound bite, but in how we operate day to day.
Harry’s achievement is a great example of that mindset in practice.
Congratulations, Harry!
