We’re proud to share that Berry & Escott has been shortlisted for Large Business of the Year 2026 by Somerset Chamber of Commerce.
This recognition matters. The Somerset Business Awards are independently judged, highly competitive, and reflect the strength and credibility of businesses across our region. To be shortlisted among a record number of entries is a genuine honour.
What sits behind this milestone is not just performance, but people.
Alongside delivering complex work with precision and care, we remain deeply committed to developing the next generation of engineers. Today, 13 apprentices are actively learning within our business, many of whom are progressing their studies through UCS College Group, combining structured education with real-world experience and responsibility.
For us, investing in young engineers isn’t an initiative — it’s a responsibility. It’s how we safeguard standards, build long-term capability, and ensure our industry remains resilient for the future.
Thank you to our team for the consistency, care, and professionalism you bring every day — and to Somerset Chamber of Commerce for recognising the work being done across the region.
We look forward to the next stage of the journey.
